Our candles aren't designed to fully melt on their first burn. If the sides of the vessel still have wax - don't be worried! Don't push them down as you can drown the wick. On your next burn you'll see the wax start to melt.
Trim your wick everytime before lighting your candle.
We suggest to burn your candle 4 hours at time.
